Since its inception, AAKAR has been received exceptionally well as a unique initiative, encompassing the cause of skill training, empowerment of artisans, and innovation in stone crafts and design.

Within the fold of AAKAR, SAPTI as its parent organization has been instrumental in Geographical Indicator Tagging of the famous Ambaji White Marble as the official facilitator. Likewise, AAKAR’s inventory of monumental sculptures destined for outdoor public spaces were created under the aegis of the Shilpotsav Series of Sculpture symposiums, leading to global recognition and membership from prestigious international organizations such as the International Sculpture Symposium Alliance. The achievements of AAKAR have been showcased from time to time in many newspapers and, art, architecture, and design magazines such as INSITE.
