Order Cancellation and Return Policy of “AAKAR”:

Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item’s applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy.

Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on aakarbysapti.com

Return will be processed only if:

  • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
  • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
  • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, in manufacturer/suppler packaging, related informative documents/card, barcode and all the accessories therein).
  • Eligible under return category and AAKAR’s policy

Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page can’t be returned. However, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

Products may be eligible for replacement only if has the exact same item in stock.

If the replacement request is placed and does not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you.

Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, orders made by international customers are eligible for refunds and customers will have to contact customer service within 2 working days from delivery date or estimated delivery date to claim refunds.

In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, AAKAR reserves the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.

If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 2 working days from the delivery of the product.

All product categories are non-returnable for International Customers for Export Orders.

Installation charges will be extra as per actual and will be bare by buyer.

Customizable Product is non-returnable due to customized nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective item or product with wrong customization being delivered to you, we will provide a full refund as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund.

Item will be picked up as per scheduled pickup date and time, which will be communicated via email and visible in Your Orders.

If your address is covered by our courier partners, we will schedule a pick up for the package. If your address is not covered by our courier partners, you will need to return the item using any courier.

Refund timeline will depend upon the mode of refund chosen by you. You can choose to receive the refund in original payment method or to your bank account.

For bank account refunds, please ensure that you add your bank account details where you wish to receive the refund. The refund should be processed via NEFT/IMPS/RTGS and credited to your bank account from the date of refund initiation.

Returns Pick-Up and Processing In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Correct Product Product code/ product id/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Complete Product All in-the-box accessories, documents, packaging, box, cover etc. should be present.
Unused Product The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Undamaged Product The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged Packaging The product’s original packaging/ box/ cover/ sticker/ barcode etc. should be undamaged.

What qualifies as damaged/ defective/ wrong products?

  • Product is not in working condition or has visible cut, crush, tear, broken parts, dents or scratches.
  • Product package is broken.
  • Product arrived with parts or accessories missing.
  • Product arrived in a different size or colour than what was ordered.
  • Item does not match product description.
  • Entire product missing, but box is not tampered.
  • Shipping box is damaged or tampered.

All our products go through intense quality check before they are shipped. However, in rare instances a product may be damaged during transit. If you have received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can return the eligible products from Your Orders. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met. For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the seller has received the returned product.

In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given as per AAKAR policy.

In cases where a product accessory is found missing/damaged/defective, the seller may either process a replacement of the particular accessory or issue an eGV for an amount equivalent to the price of the accessory, at the seller’s discretion.

AAKAR holds the right to restrict the number of returns created per order unit, post the evaluation of the product/order defect is undertaken by our authorized representative.

Our artwork is customized as per your order. The production process starts as soon as you place the order. We are unable to cancel your order after the payment is made and you receive the confirmation. However, we are happy to cancel the order for you before given confirmation by seller side. which is typically within 2 hours of you placing an order.

Just in case, the reason behind the cancellation is that you like some other product on our website. Then our team can definitely help you out with the replacement for the same. In this case, the team shall be informed within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Please note that in any case we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products

The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. The order cannot be cancelled once it’s out for delivery.

In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

AAKAR reserves the right to accept the cancellation request / refund request / replacement request of any order. AAKAR also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee or any charges from time to time.
